Make Ready Units 

​Demolition, stripping and waxing of floors, replacing and installation of new floors and baseboard in some units, removing and replacing cabinets in the kitchen, removal and replacing vanities and medicine cabinets in bathrooms, installation of bathroom toilets, tub surrounds, fixtures, installation of blinds in units.  Remove and replace damaged drywall, painting, remove and replace doors throughout units, removal, and installation of cabinets for ADA units, installation of LED Lighting and GCFI throughout units, and installation and replacements of outlet covers.
